Frequently asked questions
Can I personalise the calendar with any name?
Yes, enter your chosen name in the personalisation box. We use the spelling and capital letters you provide, so please check these carefully before ordering.
What can I put inside the pockets?
Small treats, handwritten messages and folded activity cards make lovely daily surprises. Choose fillers that fit comfortably inside the pockets and are suitable for the recipient’s age.
Can I use it again next Christmas?
Yes. The fabric advent calendar is designed to be refilled and enjoyed year after year. Change the surprises as your child grows or your family traditions develop.
Is it just for children?
No. It makes a thoughtful personalised gift for children, teenagers and grown-ups who love playful Christmas characters. Fill the pockets with surprises chosen just for them.
How do I hang the calendar?
Use the attached hanging cord to display it on a secure hook suitable for your wall and the weight of the filled calendar.
Can I choose different designs for siblings?
Yes. Choose a character and name for each calendar, then add them to your basket separately. You can coordinate their calendars while giving everyone their own favourite design.
Can it arrive before 1 December?
Please check the current processing and delivery information before ordering. If you need your calendar for the start of Advent or another particular date, contact us before purchasing so we can check the available turnaround and delivery options.
