What Can You Put Inside a Fill-Your-Own Advent Calendar?

One of our favourite things about reusable Advent Calendars is that you can make every little surprise personal to your child.

Here are some lovely ideas for filling your 24 Advent Calendar pockets:

• Mini chocolates or individually wrapped Christmas sweets

• Small toy cars or animal figures

• Christmas stickers

• Mini building blocks

• Festive jokes and riddles

• Handwritten notes from Santa

• Christmas kindness challenges

• Little stationery gifts

• Hair clips and accessories

• Christmas colouring activities

• Family movie night vouchers

• Notes for baking Christmas biscuits

• A clue revealing a festive family outing

• Thoughtful messages from parents or grandparents

• Special Christmas activities to enjoy together

You don't need 24 expensive presents to make the countdown magical.

Sometimes a simple handwritten note, a favourite chocolate or the promise of a family Christmas film night can create the loveliest memories.

Always choose age-appropriate pocket contents and supervise younger children.
